👧 Entrepreneurial at the age of 6:

My very diverse background and varied expertise + experience can trace its roots to being very entrepreneurial AND bold at the age of 6: I was selling trinkets to everyone around me, from my teachers to my family and friends, and even to strangers.

📥 Learned import/export 📤 as a pre-teen

Most children who set up their version of a lemonade stand stopped there - but not me. I learned the ins and outs of import/export in my pre-teen years, often tapping into the resources of my relatives to procure a variety of goods for me to sell anywhere.

✊ Challenging the status quo

But what made me truly stand out wasn’t merely my business acumen. It was also my willingness to challenge the status quo. As early as primary school I questioned authority on the ways things were done - in business, in the day-to-day, in school politics, in student governance, in family dynamics…

🤝 Art of Negotiation

This tenacity left me in tough spots over and over again, which led me to learn diplomacy and harness the art of negotiations before the age of 18.

⚓ 20's: Pillar of my community

In my early 20s I had a waitlist of clients for cross-cultural business and communications support, and I became a pillar of my community despite being a minority. I sat on multiple boards, and started various projects on cultural exchange and education.

To date, I’ve been able to not only cross-over the different roles I’ve played in my short-lived 3 decades, but TRANSCEND and leverage the tapestry of my being.
